By making a reservation at La Burrata, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive written or electronic confirmation from us.
For bookings a table a deposit or card pre-authorisation will be required to secure the reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your reservation will incur a cancellation fee of £20 per person.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your reservation without prior notice (a “no-show”) will result in a charge of £20 per person to the card provided at the time of booking.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our team and other guests, as late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our operations with us being a smaller venue.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your booking. Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes after the reserved time unless prior notice is given.
Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time or cancellation of your table.

5. Special Requests and Dietary Requirements

We will do our best to accommodate any special requests or dietary requirements, but these must be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Group Bookings & Private Events

For larger parties, separate terms including pre-orders, deposits, or minimum spend may apply. These will be communicated at the time of inquiry.

7. Payment and Charges

Any applicable cancellation or no-show charges will be processed using the card details provided during the booking process.
By booking, you consent to these charges being applied if the above policies are not adhered to.
